Deck Plate and new Sleeves or Custom Pistons or Both..Or just go and buy a set of Rods if you got the Crank already.

You can use the Manley rods with the 95 crank but will need pistons with raised pins.

You can use b16 length rods and use your pistons. I wouldn't advise it.

It would be cheaper to replace the rods than do a custom piston.

You wanna spend more money - go ahead. Doesn't bother me any.

Custom stroke = Custom Rods and/or pistons.

Its faster and cheaper to do the custom piston. A custom steel rod can take 6-10 weeks right now, and they are normally higher end rods close to $1000 or more. You can have them expedited for a few hundred more. The piston should take 3-5 weeks and will be less expensive.

Ideally if money were no object, you'd get a nice custom piston with the raised pin AND a nice custom rod

I'm running a longer than stock rod in my 95mm setup a 5.531 rod to be exact. My pin height is pretty high.

Id go the custom piston route. If you do custom rods, youd be getting shorter rods and that will make an even less than ideal rod ratio than the 89mm. Longer rods the better.
Custom pistons would be easier and cause less stress on the rods and skirts of the pistons.

Same rod length I'm putting with a 92mm crank

Chugger,
With your wristpin and oil rings where they are, Is your oil consumption higher than normal or is it acceptable? Kinda curious what to expect whenever I finish my build...

OP- Whats your budget and we all can probably give you a decent bottom end parts list.

I was thinking of Crower's rods they sell with the 95 stroker kit. Do they not sell them anymore? Used to be able to get them for $350'ish
