Ride a block, shuts off
03 cbr 600rr
Bike has been sitting for 2 years but after charging the battery it will start but if I drive it a little, then stop at a stop sign it turns off, what I was thinking might be regulator, but the mechanic said it was good, any thoughts?

yes, it would have trouble starting... but not turning over.
if you have issues turning over, it could be your starter... if it's trouble charging, it is your stator. you could also have a fuel pump issue or a clogged breather tube in the fuel tank.

Your question is really vague. When you say it dies, are you referring to the BATTERY?
I know the engine dies with it, but since you say regulator and you also mentioned charging the battery, I'm wondering if you're talking about the voltage regulator.

yea sounds like a failing stator (basically the motorcycle equivalent to an alternator). it dies because the revolution of the engine is recharging the battery and the EFI isnt getting any power to push fuel through the injectors. i had this happen to me on my old gsxr.
but to diagnose, i think we need more info. your description of whats going on is vague at best OP
