Default 2000 Civic SIR, P0133

I recently bought a civic SIR, as is.
I'm getting error code P0133,
Slow response sensor. (blank1 sensor1)

Currently my car has a b16a engine swap with a P2T-C11 ECU.

I already changed the oxygen sensor and the actual ECU to another P2T-C11

I was reading that i could be using the wrong ECU for the engine and i should be using a P30, only problem is I can only find a P30 in OBD1 while my car has a OBD 2B, so my question is if the P0133 could be because of the ECU i have or am I using the wrong O2 sensor because I purchase it for a B16A2 engine.

What type of O2 sensor should I be using and what type of ECU should i be using to make the setup I have work?

Canadian SiR, correct? Exactly which B16A do you have?

The stock ECU for your car should be able to run the engine. Why did you swap out a B16A2, and replace it with a B16A, the generation of which you don't even know?

I bought the car as is the previous owner swapped it. so are you saying i should run a P2T-A11? because that would be the original ECU for it.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you never buy another person's project.

The P2T should be able to run the engine, assuming the PO did the swap correctly. You need to ask yourself this, though: How much do you trust someone who swaps in a lower powered, older motor?

I agree with you, and I'm stuck with it. the CEL is on and I need to get the emissions test on it, so I thought I might ask the experts here on this forums for some guidance. the P2T ECU seems to be running it well, the O2 sensor is on, there are no leaks on the exhaust so im not sure what more to do .

What i tried so far was:

Change the O2 b4 the catalytic converter.
Replace the ECU (P2T C11 to another P2T C11).
Went to an exhaust shop to see if i had any exhaust leaks.

Have you resistance tested the four O2 sensor wires to make sure they aren't damaged? That would be your next logical step.

Yep, no problem If I was at home, I'd be able to give you the diagnostic run-down for that code, but I don't have my FSM at work with me.

I tested the Continuity of the sensor 1 bank 1 wire harnest from where the O2 sensor connects to the ECU, and I got good connection to "C" connectors of the ECU 0.3 ohms, but where the sensor draws power from the ECU on "B" connector, I got continuity but I also got 20 Ohms. I'm not sure if this is bad, I tested the same connection on the ECU to the secondary O2, and got the same 20 Ohms.

I am also under the Impression that the replaced O2 sensor I bought for the car was not correct for the engine.

I think I'm going to go to JDM part supplier and track down the correct Primary O2 and go back to that option, if not I will try and make a jumper to rule our the 20 Ohms, If not my only option is to look at the fuel injection system.

What do you guys think?
