its cheap because it doesn't have the anti surge compressor housing. Still pretty tempting though.

 

That is 100% correct, people like pretty things and even though you cant see it while driving they like to know its there. The T04E housing is a good housing and will support 500-600whp no problem. The .70 A/R Anti-surge housing will help if you're trying to get the absolute most power possible from the turbo.
