So I have an issue where my left turn signal works fine, but when I use the right turn signal only the rear light flashes (and I get the faster clicking sound).

I've checked the right front bulb itself but its not the problem (works fine if I try it in the left front light). I took a voltmeter to the right front bulb socket and it doesn't appear to get any juice.

None of the wiring at the bulb appears bad. I was about to start trying to trace the wiring around but did a quick search online first. I saw some ~ similar problems (I say similar because those were cases where the one side didn't work at all (front and rear)) appear to be caused by a bad relay.

So I'm looking for some guidance - could it be the relay (if so, is there a way to check outside of getting an new relay and seeing if it works) or should I check the connections from the switch at the steering column first....or both?
