Hi.i have d16y7 and was wondering how long the crank bolt is? I found the dimensions online for a replacement part but the units of measurement aren't given. Thank you

 

Just out of curiosity, why do you need this information? Did you get something like 14x29? If you look at a ruler, it's not inches and it's not centimeters. Millimeters I do believe.

 

It's a metric bolt. The units are millimeters. Buy one from the dealer or a junkyard. I wouldn't recommend some random bolt. I believe its a class 10.9.

 

I got it thanks.my timing belt broke when at idol.i did I water pump.tension pulley.new belt.new crank sensor,new motor mount.and by the grace of god runs good.no bent valve.270,000 miles and still going. Love honda.

 

do you think it could survive captain trips?
