You bought this in person and had ample time to inspect before handing the payment. It came off my JDM GSR motor like I said. I'm not sending/refunding you $ before having the oil pan back in my hand as you were trying to request. So I'm not sure what you expect from me. I think you were trying to pull one over on me. I've sold countless things on here and K20a.org, not one person aside from you has yet to complain.

I never EVER requested cash back before giving the pan back. The code on the bottom of the pan was scratched off and i took your word on it. You didn't even respond to my texts or anything. Pull one over? I drove over an hour each way to grab the pan, i'm pretty sure IM the one that lost out on the deal.

I'm looking at the text saying you wanted a refund to buy 'correct' pan and would mail it to me after.. But like I said before I have no issue refunding you the $40 for the pan and still don't! I'm just not sending $ before having it back in my hands. That was my only issue and why I thought it was fishy. You came to my house for christ sake, why would I be trying to pull one by saying it's not the correct pan.

You never stated anything about a refund first and foremost. Now, with that having been said, how do we resolve this? Am I driving out to Plainfield again?

You are correct with the $50. I gave you the inlet line as well and thought it was only the pan. I'll be relocating to the city the 22nd for my job, so I'll be out your way every day after that date if you'd like to wait and not drive all the way out here or deal with mailing it.
