Default 94 civic dx no spark no fuel. i have tried everything...HELP

I have read through the forums and no one seems to say what fixed this problem. Car had bwen having this intermittent problem only after being parked over night. twist the key back and forth wait for cell to finally cut off then the fuel pump primes and i can start the engine.

began having to wait longer and longer for cell to finally cut till now it wont cut off at all and pump doesnt prime.

changed the main relay twice (just in case new one was bad), changed ecu, changed ignition switch, changed distributor, ground G101 is clean and tight, ecu is getting power...checked ecu pins they are getting power.

please help. checked fuse panel under hood and all fuses have power. checked 24 and 31 and 18 all have power.

was the ignition switch all along. Lesson of the day is do not turn in your core part to you local auto parts store until you can determine if their part actually works.

the ECU i ordered supposedly was brand new. brand new broken with burn marks on the inner casing. not even going to name the parts place responsible for this...you should already know

problem back again. so autozone sold me a bum computer. i know my fault for going there. anyway. my ecu will crank the car then immidiately throw a cell. the dizzy ironically went bad in this process of elimination. cel code is map.sensor. think the ecu really is bad because it rained really hard and found water leaked into car. water was on the harness pluggs going to the ecu. now once again the extreme delay of the fuel pump priming.

orded a used ecu off ebay hope this fixes the issue. i am beyond tapped out on all of this

just tried a different good ecu...same problem. cranks runs for 2 seconds the throws a map cel and cuts off. i have tried 3 good map.sensors all same issue. do you guys think it could be the TPS sensor.
