i just installed used k sport col overs still need to do some adjustments to get the ride height where i want it.

ive had springs on my last car and it rode pretty good i figured coil overs would ride really nice this thing bounces everywhere lol is this normal and whats the best way to set the dampning on it

 

Make sure the springs are snug between the collars making the pre-load to 0. Then if you want to lower the car lower it by the shock body and not by the collars so you won't lose shock travel.

 

so where u can twist the bottom of the coilovers lower and raise it that away not where the coil its self rest on the gold nut?
