First off this isnt for hp or room for a turbo. This is to get my car running asap and cheap.
I have a 94 honda accord 2dr
My rack broke so im replacing it. And as you can guess my rusty lines wont come off. 1 is already broke. I planned to cut them and eliminate power steering. What is the cheapest eay to keep the rack lubricated.

the two smaller lines feeding the rack cylinder are the ones you want to loop together. after cutting (I used a hack saw) them and smoothing the sharp edges, top them up with fluid and loop them together with some hose (I used fuel hose which should last a long time and stand up to the fluid and other stuff in the engine bay.) the fittings on the valve body can be plugged. work from the lowest up and add some fluid before capping the highest port.
there are other ways of doing this with fittings and so on, but fittings cost money. I had all of the stuff laying around (caps, hose, fluid and hose clamps) but if I had gone out and bought all of that:
clamps - $2.5
hose - $2
fluid - $3
caps - $2.5
total - $10
keeping plenty of air in the front tires will help reduce the turning effort
