I am building a Turbo b18c5, looking for a downpipe to keep AC and power steering. I have the BWR AC compatible ramhorn but still need my downpipe and dump tube. Any suggestions for an AC compatible dump tube and down pipe that will work with my BWR AC ramhorn while keeping the AC and ps? Thanks for looking!

 

is custom fabrication an option? if so try seeking out a reputable shop that could fab one up for you if not, lemme do some digging and try and get you some info... also some specs on the turbo and such would be helpful

 

Youll need to visit an exhaust shop to fab up a DP to do what you need it to. Theres really no off the shelf DP as this is all custom work.

BWR manifold?

At least spend the money on a quality manifold. There are a number of quality manifold/downpipe combos available out there.

 

I thought log/cast manifolds were the way to go in terms of keeping the AC.

As for the downpipe, definitely need to visit an exhaust shop. If you know someone who can weld, you can fab your own up. The turbo is very important too. You can't base it off of the manifold alone. The size of the housing plus the type of discharge flange is important.

 

Custom is an option was just looking for an option in regards to a name brand downpipe that would bolt up. And BWR wouldn't make an AC ramhorn if you couldn't keep AC..

 

BWR doesn't make anything. They're just another Taiwanese knockoff company. Their parts are no better than any of the eBay crap.

 

i know firsthand for this to be true and boy do i regret it. a lot of their stuff is just for the bling factor and for the hard parkers that think comfortability and being slammed can go hand in hand...
