99 Civic EX 4D: Exhaust Replacement Parts Help
Additional car specs:
Manufactured in Canada, 4-speed automatic transmission and 1.6L L4 SOHC 16V engine.
Quick background, my resonator and muffler detached from my car while my car was being used by a friend. He brought them back to me in the trunk and when I took a look at them I found that every part of my exhaust except for where the frontpipe connects to the header, had all been welded at some point by the previous owners. At this point I’m figuring, since every part of the exhaust looks stock, I mine as well replace everything, from the header to the muffler.
Here are the parts that I’ve selected:
Spec-D Exhaust Header
Part #: HH2-CV92EX-DK
Walker Catalytic Converter
Part #: 16070
Walker Resonator
Part #: 46943
Walker Muffler
Part #: 54260
I want to make sure I’m getting the correct parts, and whether or not they’ll fit. I measured what I could and found the dimensions of the walker parts to be nearly identical to what was under my car. But I can’t find the exact dimensions on the Spec-D kit. Originally I wasn’t going to get a new header at all and was just going to attach a new front pipe, but the connection looked really rusty and the bolts looked to be in terrible shape and I don't want to spend $70 on a front pipe, find out I need a new header and spend another $70+ on a new header and front pipe kit.
Any thoughts or advice? Thank you very much for any help.

to your car. The diagram will display appropriate header pipe(s),
mid-pipe, muffler(s), gaskets, hangers and bolt kits.
You can also find the diagram at Rockauto.com. Just click on
the MORE INFO link for the Walker part in question.
Thanks, that's what I had used before to confirm the size for the walker pipes. Unfortunately the Spec-D exhaust manifold/frontpipe wont fit. I looked around and essentially going OEM is my best option for controlling my costs.
I'm going to have to leave the stock exhaust manifold/header on because I just can't afford the $400 OEMs that are out there. But what I need to know now is what bolts I can use to connect the new frontpipe to the stock exhaust manifold. I tried to look them up but I can't find anything.
edit: Walker's diagrams only show their gasket, not any bolts.

Oh Jesus. Just get anything that's made for an EX. They have those bolts on eBay you know. If eBay ain't for you then go to Majestic Honda after which you'll promptly freak out when you see just how much ONE OEM bolt costs.
EBay all day. I bet I can find a full exhaust, from header to tail pipe, shipped to your door for less than $200 bucks. I will start my search now.
You will not get a catalytic converter with this purchase. If you are running emissions you will have to have one installed. You should have one installed even without the government regulation.

$168.99 with free shipping. Let me keep looking to see if I can find a lower priced package.
