Default BP Autosports welding/fab

I figured it was time I finally made my own thread. I've been doing this for the past 4-5 years, 99% self taught and still enjoying it every day. I specialize in turbo manifolds, both custom and production, particularly 2JZ/Supra units. You guys have seen some of these pics before, but I want to get them all concentrated in one place. I'll update the thread as I get more pictures. Let's get it started!

DSM FF T4 manifold:

Some positioner work:

Collectors:

Supra big twins drag setup:

FRS/BRZ manifolds:

Titanium work (my favorite!):

Special manifold for my personal car:

Random weld detail:

A couple flowers:

Supra big turbo charge pipes. This car's made a best of 1100whp on these:

More random weld detail:

Supra T6 production manifold. This setup has the gate on the turbine housing hence the lack of a gate priority on the collector:

SC300 twin scroll T4 manifold:

Evo T3 top mount:

Thanks! I use a Dynasty 350, constant heat, and a steady hand. 1/16" filler for schedule 40, 0.045" or 1/16" for schedule 10 depending on how I'm feeling that day, and my #12 lense setup.

Thanks! I use a combination of carbides and flap wheels for all my porting.

that is some impressive "pie" work you've got going on there

curious though, who would be running a Volvo semi turbo on a 4cyl??? that thing is going to take FOREVER too spool.

at H20 in Ocean City several years back, guy had a MKII GTi with VR6 swap and a Peterbuilt turbo because it is was comparable to a GT30R, however the hotside is soo friggin huge that when he went to take off, he didn't even start to build boost till 5000 and his valvetrain was only good for 7200, so no matter what he set his boost controller to, he didn't have the powerband to build it all

We'll see, my customer likes those turbos and I'm sure he'll find a way to make it work.

Pulled my car apart to test fit my new manifold. Everything fits great! Here's a pic of the hotside all together on my mock engine:

308L 0.045 or 1/16. I was double passing on the positioner pipe butts; fusion root, filled cap.
