Icon2 95 accord road noise

sounds like thing is riding on mud tires

that being said, replaced the tires and had them balanced
hub bearings good
replaced the inner tie rod that was bad and had an alignment
still sounds like super swampers on it

starts doing it at 35 mph

You should inflate to 32 psi. Not 34 psi.

my yokohama tires inflate to 50 psi via the sidewall.

standard touring, grand touring, high performance all-season, high performance summer . u see where im going. there are many different kinds of tires all are different.

start by inflating to what it shows on the sidewall then push on a corner of ur car up and down a few time and see how long it takes to return to normal. that is a easy suspension test. very bouncy=worn out suspension.

more than likely its the air pressure touring tires are made for luxury vehicles. under inflated tires sound like "wammmmmp wammmmp wammmmmp" because ur riding on the sidewall

Car made the noise with the old rotten tires with the threads hanging out, not tires.
suspension feels normal
at this point i'm wondering if it's coming from the trans
