Clutch and Flywheel Warped?
Unbolted? Was your car literally running when you did this? Shouldn't have any issues. Why would you unbolt it from the motor though? Replacing something I assume?
I doubt you have a perfect straight edge lying around. You can go to a machine shop or mechanic and see if they can hold it up to one.

Of course it wasn't running lol. No I did a complete rebuild which obviously required removel of the clutch/flywheel. I just read online somewhere I believe d-series.org, that if you don't go criss cross they can warp. running; thats funny. So I could buy a straight edge and check it? I think I might be ok, considering when I first bought this motor used with a **** load of miles on it, I took the clutch and flywheel off of my D16A6, unbolted non criss cross, installed and it was good.
The flywheel isn't gonna get hurt at all from unbolting it whatever way, only worry about criss cross when you tighten it back in. Same goes for the pressure plate. I took mine off the same way you did, and I have no issues
