I have a 2002 honda civic,

I really need help with my electric power steering (eps) problem.
I am getting a code 16A problem with the average of voltage for torque sensor vt3 and vt6)

1) What does that mean?
2) How can it be fixed?
3) Would it be affordable or expensive to fix?

Hey, my problem got fixed and it turned out that my EPS wiring (20 pin connector) needed to be checked.
