gutting a 96 accord vtec for a race car dash and everything is out of it. i left all the relays grounded, only thing in unplugged was the SRS system. starter wont even engage and the battery is charged, it ran before all of this.

 

plug things back in one by one and see what is needed and what isn't

 

actually figured had a bad relay on the fuse box
