What he means is, you need to supply us with more information. Perhaps about the car? Any work done recently? Any check engine lights? Any information at all?

Yeah a check engine light went on but turned off. No other work. There is oil on my block and I have a pinched header but was told it wasnt that bad. Its a b20b motor with a gsr head swap.

You really have to do better with the information you're supplying. All we know right now is some weird idling issue on a B20V in some unknown car.

Right now? It could be anything. ECU (MAP). Timing. Tune-up. Anything.
