Default 00 Honda Civic EX Over Heating

I have a 00 Honda Civic Ex. I swear i've done EVERYTHING to stop the over heating. The radiator is changed, as well as the head gasket. I changed the thermostat, water pump & timing belt. I even wired the fan so it would stay on when i turn on the car. Please help.

Air in the system?

In the meantime, drive around with your heat on full blast. I know, it's summer time. Open the windows and the sunroof.

Maybe have air bubbles in the engine. Drain your coolent out the car and add new coolent but when your adding new cool make sure you squeez out the air bubbles out of the engine . And you should be fine. Let me know if it works.

Not enough history on the car. Your post implies that it has been overheated a few times in the past. Possibly frequently.

Also, does the engine leak or burn coolant? Do you see gas bubbles in the coolant in the radiator or reservoir?

These motors tend not to need much help staying cool (i.e. small radiators doing the trick) and with all the measures you have taken, it sounds like something big is amiss like air in the system creating hot spots. It might just need to be bled or new air is being introduced... by way of head gasket. Bad install? You never really know until you do a compression & leakdown test. Easy, cheap. Good steps for further troubleshooting. But don't continue driving it!

Alot of unnecessary posting lately. I vote that any post that has not been updated by OP in 5 days be closed. Build threads should be fine as those take time and freakin money. But if the build thread tends to fall off than by all means kaboom it.
