I'm a new member but have owned my 93' del sol for 13 years and had a JDM B16A since 2007. I was frustrated in my many attempts to locate a suitable shop manual for the engine and was unable to find one until I came across one of your members asking the same question. Gratefully they had located one and forwarded me the information. In order to pay it forward I would like to share a book that would be a good resource for anyone who likes working on thier B16A but gets nowhere when looking for good rebuild information, pardon me if we are not supposed to "sell" books. It is only my attempt to share knowledge that I wished I had found much earlier.

The book is titled "How to rebuild Honda B-Series Engines" and is authored by Jason Siu

 

Google "honda.above manuals" and you will find the factory honda service manuals for most models. They include everything about the car, including complete engine specs and how to disassemble, measure, and reassemble the engine.

And they can be downloaded for free.
