Default Possible blown head gasket + Other problem

Car: 1999 Honda Civic DX
Engine: D16Y7

So I am pretty sure I have a blown head gasket but I also have another weird problem and I was wondering if this other problem might be related to the blown head gasket.

I did a combustion test and no change in color. I did it twice for 2 minutes and still no change in color.

I then did a compression test and got interesting results.

This engine was bought and put in with 120-125k miles on it.

Here they are

------1-----2------3------4
Dry--120--120--120---120
Wet-210--210--160---210

1) While doing the WET compression test on cylinder 3 it was shooting white smoke through the spark plug well even though the hose was definitely on properly, can anyone enlighten me on what that may have been?

2) I also notice that the spark plug fits in kind of weird when installing it. Is it possible that the threads(not on the spark plug) are stripped and is that repairable?

3) Lastly, when I drive the car and then turn it off, it cranks but wont turn on until after 30-40 Minutes. Its not the main relay I tried that already. Could it be the head gasket causing this?

I am also getting a cylinder 3 misfire

4) Do these results reflect a good, average, or old engine?

Thanks in advance, and I ask you fellow Honda enthusiasts can answer all my questions, thanks for your time.

135psi is the minimum healthy compression. So you have a tired engine with a head gasket issue.

Are you sure that compression tester is functioning okay?? I feel like 210 psi is quite high on a stock D16Y7.

Make sure you're at WOT, last time I did my compression test outside the car I forgot to manually do this so I started freaking out. Got the same levels you posted for a dry run.
