I've done some searching and am kind of stumped. This occurred after a compression test. I pulled 44 out before the test as many threads have said to do. So far, I've done the following:

Checked fused 13 and 44 at the test sites, both are good.
I hear one click from the main relay. I've tried swapping with a known good, new relay to no luck.
Distributor is getting 12v at the large black power supply wire.
No power at the fuel pump.
I've pulled a plug wire and using a plug tried grounding to the valve cover to check spark and nothing.

Edit- OBD1 conversion car. Ran OK before being parked and fuse 44 pulled and compression test done.
