parasitic loss mystery.. well kind of
Hello folks, my 2000 civic has a drain problem. I cut my radio harness for my aftermarket radios, and i recently found out my battery was old when i bought it. 12/13 on the sticker but i got the battery for my swap like 2 months ago. Anyway, i hooked up this battery charger with a engine start assist, and when i go on that setting, my radio comes on without the key being in the ignition. I never seen this before. It only does it on "engine start assist" and on 55amp. Could this be why my batteries be dying? Its duralast gold top

Lol when i got my car, i didnt care for speed and none of that. I saw it as just a car so i did it. And when i got the car, it didnt have the factory radio anyway, and it was cut, i jus kept on cutting away lol.
