EF Dash Swap Issues
Hey guys/gals.
I recently bought a 91 EF hatch, and went to put in a Teg interior. used the pin outs i found on Honda-tech and all went well (so i thought)
Upon plugging in and testing found that i had no dash lights, nor dummy lights. since i didn't want to change the harness back to civic cluster i just pulled the dash out of my parts car (everything dash wise worked) and plugged in to the drive able one. with the same issues as i had with the Teg cluster.
I have checked fuses (under dash and under hood)
I have changed all switches (rear defrost, hazard, dimmer)
I have changed signal relay
and i can't seem to find the issue with this.
I have put the dash back into the parts car and it is now not working there either. I know I'm missing something extremely stupid but i can't figure it out for the life of me

So nothing on your cluster is working?
Unplug the dash harness. check for continuity between the pins at both ends of the harness, if it's good then check for voltage on the cluster connector pins. If there's voltage and nothing is working, check your cluster grounds. If there's no voltage then whatever sensor correlates to that wire isn't giving signal.
Make sure your cluster has bulbs in it.
Make sure there's no breaks in the printed circuit on the back of the cluster.
