Hello!
I have a 92' Del Sol with a D16Z6. It's a real sweet runner, but it has allways had an issue reguarding hot-starts after a short run (or when it is warmed up). The problem occurs when the engine is warmed up after a short run. It won't start if i turn it off, and then try to restart it. It has to cool down first, and then it starts no problem.

I cheched the forums and found that many said it might be the igniter or coil.

I then took apart the dizzy to check and found this miscoloring-rainbow type of spots on the coil itself. I'm thinking that this means that it is the coil that is causing my hot-start problems?

Any thoughts on this before i order a new coil? Or am i completly wrong?

PS! it was kinda hard to capture the miscoloring on cam...
