ticking noise? rod knock?

Need help!!
I just got done doing a fresh new build on my gsr block with b17 head first start up had a ticking noise head has fresh new supertech valves springs retainers stock size and 85 lb seat pressure springs. Turns out the lma was bad I changed those sound went away as I was driving the car started making another ticking noise but louder and more constant. Can anybody help me with what this noise is
