WTH did I change the oil so much?! Yep it had a Mugen N1 ECU. I bought that sucker from King Motorsports. $1500 IIRC. I put the stock one back in before selling it. Not mentioned in the log was the '00 ITR intake cam I installed or the icebox. The car was pretty stout putting down 178 with the restrictive Comptech 2.25 header. I put the stock head unit back in and removed the amp and sub at the buyers request. I ran the carfax on it a couple of years ago and it looked like the guy I sold to no longer has it, but it's still in Hawaii.

Pretty cool, would be neat for the new owner to see this. Just curious as to why you went from Castrol to Mobil1 in the end as well? I know this was 15 years ago in case you don't remember.

I thought it was better for the engine. It's not like I cared about MPG ($1 a gal) or getting more miles between oil changes back then.

I've nothing useful to add to this, just found it mildly interesting that my buddy had '98 R #459.

Here's what I started doing when I got the CR. I have been doing it for the "new" ITR also-
