Default 1991 Accord Battery Alternator/voltage regulator?

While driving yesterday, I noticed that the battery light came on while driving. Funny thing is, with engine at idle, the battery light turns back off. It's only under load (driving) that the battery light illuminates. I dropped by auto zone and they check the charging system with the engine running. Everything passed. But this was at idle when the light was not on. The auto zone employee said check the belt when I get home, that it could be slipping while driving. I checked belt tension and there are no problems there. Voltage regulator going out/failing?

Thought I'd bounce this off of you all before I go to replace the alternator, which comes with the voltage regulator.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Charging light illumination is almost always alternator going/gone bad.
