Default 95 gsr with hesitation/bogging at 75-80mph in 5th

hey
just started having a small prob every once in a while

around 75 to 80 mph while in 5th gear the car has sometimes bogged down or hesitated ,while im just cruising
then id downshift to 4th it would bog a bit then catch back up fine

this has happened about 5 times in the last 3 weeks
now the last 3 weeks iv prob put all highway miles on it over 3000 miles ,,cruising at 70 - 80 mph

i put new plugs in it about 4k miles before this happened
also after this happened i replaced the plug wires,,dist cap,,and rotor

at first i thought it was a fuel pump, but iv never had an issue other then this

also the past trips i have takin i have got over 30mpg on the car,,usually 31-32mpg of all hwy
which is great,,better then acura claims lol

any help trying to figure out that small hesitation would be great

i dont beat on the car
but i thought about going on the hwy and running it some above 80 or so,,in 4th,,and 5th,,and trying to duplicate the issue

i get no check engine lights at all
car runs perfect everywhere else other then the 4 to 5 times that has happened

i pulled the plugs when i did the wires and they looked fine to me

i guess around 75 mph or so its revving at 3700 rpm or so

thanks mike

no one has ideas?

i thought about testing coil,,or ignition control module inside dist

also the fuel filter was changed about 7k miles ago too

started again when i was testing out the speeding around over 75mph or so,,started to box and hesitate again,,laid off it for and stayed under 75 and it was fine

also this was after about an hour of driving

could the issue be it being hot,and the coil starting to go?

ebay has a whole dist assembly for 80$ shipped
should be able to just swap them out since it should include,,cap,,rotor,,coil,,and icm ,,correct?

just the coil was like 100$ from a local parts store
so guess the whole thing is a better deal

http://www.motorists.org/speed-limits/state-chart

TX has a strip of road where you can go 85mph. A lot of other states have highways that allow 75mph.

united ignition wire makes a decent cheap coil, carry a spare just in case (and extra fuel pump and icm).

if that dont sort it out test tps and fuel pump just for fun.

thanks for the link
i had found the the testing the coil and icm page before,,just havnt made it to my budddys who has the tester

heres the whole dist assembly i found on ebay

Distributor

seems like a good price i guess
6 month warranty

so inside has the coil,,and icm,,but is there any reason to replace the whole thing,,like another item that would be bad inside it?

i did the cap and rotor for like 30$ from autozone, cuz i wanted the part quick,,should of researched it and waited the week i guess

its weird how dist is like 75$ and others are selling for well over 100$
you think its just cheaper parts,,or pretty much the same thing nd sellers just trying to catch the folks not lookin for the best price?

beware of cheap ebay distributors, a lot of them are junk.
better to replace coil and icm with decent units for the
same price.
