What these do these mean for trans?
Got the trans out, but not after rusted bolts and broken pry bars lol.
My trans is out. So i was spinning the input shaft and i hear a clicking noise, is that the ISB or is this normal?
And i see some red dust? Is that from the clutch..? That normal or bad also?

Red dust is OK. But...are the input shaft splines rusty?
Sure, but that means splitting the case and taking everything apart in order to replace the input-shaft bearing. That $20-$60 isn't worth the hassle of disassembly if you don't need to do it.

OP...the clicking is probably happening because the trans is either in gear or kind of engaging a gear.
Or you're grabbing the input shaft and turning it back and forth quickly. That shaft is loaded with gears and bearings and other doo-dads that click together as you change direction with the input shaft. Normal.
