my tuner is very good and he said it was the valves cause he said he heard a ticking so i had him readjust them but havent gotend it tuned or dynoed again?
feels better and stronger
he said the valves were different number one was 5 another 6 another 7
cause heard the ticking too so after he readjusted them it feels stronger but i dont know the numbers yet, got to go back and tune it again

jun3's love to breathe...if your header/exhaust isn't really flowing then you're losing lots of power. i would bet 15-20whp block with stock header/exhaust.

when v-tec hits i loose power on the dyno and on the street
around 20whp
can valves make you loose hp ?
but know i got them adjusted again and they were not adjusted right from the begging before the tuning know i got them adjusted would there be anything else that would make me loose power besides flows header exhaust
and it feels strong but its not still making the power it should be
whats the deal yall?

do you have the dyno chart you can post? Try putting the stock ecu back in the car, i did 185 un tuned right after i dropped mine in. Valves shouldnt make much difference, unless your valve lash is really loose.
>>>when v-tec hits i loose power on the dyno and on the street

that is definately your stock header/exhaust choking the jun3's...CHANGE THEM

As posted above, the valves will make noise when the car is cold, but it will/should go way once the car warms up. Also, you NEED a header. If you dont want an exhaust, its cool, but you NEED a header, that is a main thing holding you back. If you put that much $$$$ on your setup, you should spend another ~$500 and get a header. with those cams and a stock header, when vtec engages, it feels like you hit a brick wall (trust me i know
)
Also, what is you timing set at?? Have you touched your timing, or are you letting the p28 ecu take care of that for you?? Check your timing, make sure its not retarded or something.

when is your vtec engagement???
what program on the p28???
if its just the stock p28 then that will be the cause
i have JUNs too
i made 198hp and 130tq w/ a missfiring igniter
*tuned by DSR

It is your stock manifold
The last time I saw aggressive cams installed in with the stock manifold, the car would barely run. Dyno'd 165whp or below. There is no other reason for your car to be putting out that little power. It's not the cams. It's not the valves. It's not the dyno.
It is your stock manifold
Go buy a JDM-sized header, beat yourself over the head with it, and install it on your car. Retune as needed.
