Intermittent spark and no injector pulse.
Ok, I have been having a no start problem with my 00 prelude and I just discovered a new symptom. Before, I thought I was just having no injector pulse, now I have found that I have intermittent spark to go with it. I get spark for the first three revolutions and then it goes out. Key it off and back on and it does it again. CKPS ohms at 2.5K, which seems to be correct. Main relay is fine and supplying power to the injectors, ECU is supplying power to the MAP sensor, all grounds are clean and tight. Immobilizer is working correctly.
I don't really know hondas that well, but in any other car, I would be replacing the CKPS as it would seem unlikely to be the ECU. Is there anything else that I should look at before I replace the ECU?

Next question, what triggers the CKPS and TDC sensors? Is it a traditional reluctor wheel, or does it read off the balance shaft sprocket?
