Default 1998 civic ex not charging Alternator

hello so i have ran into a problem with the girlfriends civic iv disconnected the Subwoofers and the only thing i have added to the car recently is a new Thermostat and a ebay slim fan wired to a switch iv disconnected the amp wiring from the battery and replaced the Battery awhile ago along with the alternator i charged her battery last night and the charger was reading at highest 11.4 for the whole night until about 12 in the afternoon next day? i have no idea what to do tonight will be checking fuse 15 please help anyone!

Jeez. Have the alternator AND the battery checked. I don't care if you replaced them.
