so i just made the 1300 mile drive home to miami after picking up my 3rd type r...I haven't had one in about 7 years but the bug never went away...
heres some pics...was wondering if any of u guys with R's live in south florida and get together at all?? if so would love to meet up..

 

Do you come to the Orlando area at all? Lol I know it's quite some ways. In like a month or so me and couple of my R buddies 5-6 or us plan on going to Miami for a cruise etc . Wouldn't mind meeting up if you are up for it

Congrats, how much did you pay for it. The south florida crew slowly died down as it is bad in theft. There are still a few down there. I will talk to him if he is interested in meeting up with you. I moved up north like an hour away from Tampa and Orlando. Ely2 keep me updated I am down can always go down to visit family. Owner of my third ITR as well and a black AP1 with OEM hardtop. I am originally from south Florida and know 4 current owners down in that area still. Ill try to upload a pic when possible.

thanks guys..... i picked it up in erie PA and drove it home..and yes i know all about the theft my second one was stolen and destroyed...and first one was an attempted theft but i have a garage now and other cars so hopefully it will be ok and in my home forever!!!!! i will try to post more pics if i can

driving through the mountains and stuff was fun but after that it was hell....to traffic stops where i was stuck stopped for over an hour each stop. rain for hours and then u get to florida and its just flat and nothing on both sides...

I'm from Los Angeles.. but my car sleeps in Miami. I work on my car every time I visit my family. I'll be back in September if you want to hang. BTW: Nice Andersen picture. haha
