got my first cd5
Got me a solid 96 accord 4dr for $700. Got a ton of ideas for my new toy but also a ton of questions. Guess I'll start with 4......lol
1. Is my car equipped with a cabin air filter and how do I get to it?
2. My a/c works but its stuck on the heat side. Can I get to that door in the plenum or would I have to replace the plenum entirely?
3. Windows are ridiculously sluggish, especially the drivers window going up. Any hints in tackling that?
4. First upgrade in mind is a ground kit. Where can I find one and how hard is it to install?

Nope.
Open hood, look under the intake where the water hoses for the heater core go through the firewall. Verify the heater core valve works.
Clean and regrease he tracks. Hoda has a lube for the weatherstrip. Verify the switch contacts are clean
Ground kits do nothing.
If your car is a 2.2 4cyl model, look for the main ground from the negative cable to the transmission. And the bonding jumper on the engine mount. If you have a ground issue, check in those two spots first.

Congrats on the "new to you" Accord. I bought my 94 EX for $700 in great running condition too. About $1800+ later, and I've got an almost brand new Accord....minus the 255K miles on her, but she runs like a champ!
