I'm putting a new quarter window in my coupe. Well the first attempt failed so I had to remove the window well the front two yellow clips were locked in so I had to give them a pop. Ended up breaking both. Does anyone know if you can just buy these clips without buying a whole new window because this is a brand new window right out of the box.

Double check with the dealer. However, the website here doesn't show them separately. Looking at my FSM for a 1998, it says "If any of the clips are broken, the quarter glass can be reinstalled using butyl tape." Fun.

You might have luck looking at a junk yard, and may be able to remove the glass and find at least one good clip. Maybe.

Will watch, as I'll be needing to remove mine for some body work.
