My side mouldings were shaved... but only on the part after the door so I want to put mine back on. Being shaved there are NO holes to simply clip them in, so I'm looking for a GOOD adhesive that can be caked on vs just the little amount. Yes I will be making sure there is no run off but I need them to stay I was thinking window sealer ? I need them to stand up to being washed but not rain or snow.

Sonneborn NP1 or Lord Adhesives Fusor both are pretty serious.

 

3M 03609 Scotch Mount Molding Tape, pretty much bullet proof. 94

 

Looks like a putty in a calking tube which is what I'm after, we may not have that in Ontario tho.


Canadian tire or would I have to find a specialty store ? my first choice over a putty would be a tape.
