D15B no spark won't start
Got a 95 civic with a D15B w/VTEC. Car started and ran for about 3 minutes then shut off. Now it won't start at all. No spark.
There are no check engine lights. My step dad called and said he has replaced the coil and nothing changed. He also replaced the ICM and said nothing changed. Dizzy cap is good. Wires are good. Rotor button is good.
Before I tell him to replace the entire distributor is there anything else I should mention to him that it could be?
I'm trying to help troubleshoot my sister's civic from another state and it's not going so well.

Instead of constantly replacing parts, or finding out what parts need to be replace I think first thing to look for is fuel, if there's fuel than check for spark.
You need fuel, spark, good flow of oxygen and compression to get a motor running.
