Default Help!!! what's my next build

So I had a CTR and the block mount snap when I got in to a car wreck ... I'm looking to boost my next motor ... Been calling and researching everything and kind of in a bind here ... Iv found a b18c block stock sleeve but all forged pistions, rods , crank 9.1 compression all ready to put my type R head on and tranny for around 3000 ....then I called golden eagle and they have a b20 block with the same idea as the b18 block ... For 3400 ship to my door ... The problem I'm having here is I got about 5 grand for this build and It's gonna be my daily driver so I want it to be some what not reliable ... I'm just looking for options and ideas here

Let me see if I got this right. You don't want it to be reliable? Going turbo with a built block isn't cheap. Either get another 1k-2k and you'll be set all around. I would go with golden eagle personally if they'll do the short block for that amount.
