I have a eg sedan with a built b18b1 i took the dizzy off and starter off to clean my block and trans installed everything back and now my car wont rev past 4500 rpm when i fully mash the gas it wont go past but when i ease into it will go past 4500 im lost im thinking the dizzy or the ecu????

 

Tps calibration? Dizzy isn't set right? Bad iat sensor? Do you have launch control and does your speed sensor work? Define built? Has it been tuned?

Yes has 2 step yes speed sensor works yes it's been tuned and it has Brian crower stage 2 cams Megan racing cam gears Brian crower springs and retainers ferra valves port n polished head bored 82mm Arp head studs acl race bearing ctr pistons 12.5.1 compression 450 fuel injectors 70mm throttle body walboro 255 fuel pump

 

are there any error codes

you might want to datalog your run

is it 4500 exactly or does it get worse around that rpm
