Need help figuring out what year Gsr Trans I have
I have a 97 civic hatch with a b18a1 and a gsr trans. I'm trying to figure out what year gsr trans I have.
I pulled the serial off it. s80-3031052
Any help would be nice, trying to buy a new VSS.

they are ALL the same, only diff is one is a cable and one is a hydro clutch system. I would assume you have a hydro, being it's in a 97. so ANY B series hydro VSS will work.

well the civic is a 97 tbh idk where the trans came from, but thank you for clearing that up. As long as all GSR trans are identical (except being hydro or cable) then we are good. Thank you
