Default a shirt caught on axil

so i was driving a i heard a taping noise so i stopped then started driving again. taping noise stopped but then the abs light came on, then i felt a resistance to drive. I stopped, took my tire off and saw a shirt got caught on the axil right next to my tire. this grease was sprayed every where. So i cut the shirt off and now i saw the rubber housing is broken. What should I do
?

It's easiest just to have the entire axle replaced. They're plug-and-play, no greasing, no boot installation. There should be plenty of how-to's here and on google.

You could try to replace just the boot, but the price is generally so close to that of a new axle. And the labor is just as intensive.

Find the person and give them their shirt back. LOL

Seriously, just replace the axle… they are cheap with the core and easy to swap out. No biggie.
