Steering sensitivity seriously decresed...
I'm not sure when this happened but I raised the car up a fair bit(by that I mean I have 3'' of ground clearance) and I was going through some back roads I have to REALLY turn the wheel to go L/R. not heavy wise I mean it's nowhere near as sensitive as it was, used to be like it took just 3/4 turn to be at rack lock so you can imagine how fun and touchy it was.
94 gsr can post relative suspension specs:
EVERY bushing replaced with E/S polly/ hard race trailing arm bushings.
BFG rivals
P/S delete
near new F/F T1's 10/6K
NO front or rear sway bar but it was ok with out them before
-2* camber all around

You raised it up. You probably have a lot of front toe in now.
3/4 turn to rack lock? You mean 3 or 4 turns to rack lock? Because that's how many turns it takes in an integra. That doesn't change.

just exaggerating how sensitive it was even at low speed idk what happened my one tires inside is completely BALD in no time. will post pics was thinking toe as I wasn't running too much neg camber.

Well...did you get it aligned after each of these camber changes? A small change in camber can cause a relatively big change in toe.
ok so the toe is visibly out
how does that happen tho the jamb nuts on the tie rods were tight as ****....I'm sure the rear is fucked too since I never even messed it with it after the adj toe links. How does camber/height mess toe up I know height plays with camber when you raise or lower the car.

Its very difficult to explain without visual aids.
Anytime you change anything.....every other angle changes. Toe and camber and caster are on a curve. They are relative to each other.
I'll try to explain:
The tie rods are a finite length. They're metal...and they're fixed in one length via the jam nuts. If the camber angle of the spindle changes...without a tie rod there, the toe angle would try to stay the same. But it gets pushed out or in by the fixed length of the tie rod.
Try this:
-put your palm out in front of you so that your fingers are stacked vertically and pointing away from you.
-tilt your palm inward to simulate a neg camber change.
See how the bottom of your palm moves away and the top of your palm moves in.
Now imagine theres a tie rod at the bottom and rearmost part of your palm. It has to stay the same length as the bottom of your palm tries to move away. So it pulls that corner back inward to stay the same length.
That's how you get toe change from camber change.
Height changes are more easily explained. If you were able to freely rotate the toe controllers, they would spin in a circle around their fixing axis. Its easier to imagine with rear toe contollers. Imagine you could spin them like a propeller. They move up/down in an arc. Right?
When the suspension moves up and down, if toe adjusters move in an arc, they're going to push or pull the toe away from center every time the ride height moves.

I see what you're saying, you can see the same thing when the camber plate on the upper control arm is loose and you push the spindle all the way neg then positive. may just try n eyeball it so I can get it to an alignment shop.

No problem. I'm sure that'll take care of the additional tire wear. Although with anything above like -2.5ish degrees of camber, you'll see weird wear anyway. Especially on drive wheels that are not tracked on or toed in further than 0.
Also, are you saying you raise the car to get it on an alignment rack and then drop it again once it is off the rack?
If so, that will not work, as soon as you drop it, alignment is out again. 94

Was originally but not anymore have it set at a good height, may not fit on the dealership rack tho but there's lots of other in ground ones I'm sure.
