I replaced the fuses and still no power to dome light, or clock. The radio was just replaced and that did not fix it. However the previous owner rigged in an old Nokia car phone using wires from "somewhere." Now I have one thick and one skinny black wire hanging under my passenger side dash.

Any thoughts?

My though is there is a fuse, located under the engine hood, dedicated to the radio/dome light. Make sure you check/change it too. Then, it's a case of following those wires you see hanging and see what their purpose is and just study the wires to see what does not fit. A current tester/OHM meter comes in handy here.
