How do i unclip the brake line braket? sawzall time...
This thing(see pic) replacing my blown rubber ones with braided stainless ones. the DIY say pull it off not having any luck
A pair of needle nose pliers and the perfect angle work for me. Its frustrating but it helps if you clean all the caked off dirt as well.
Make sure you're not trying to pull off the bracket (L shaped thing) attached to the car itself. You're trying to pull off the little clip sitting right under that nut and on top of the bracket.
That thing should pop right off of there! Make sure to loosen the 10mm fitting that connects the brake hose to the brake line. at that point use a flat tip screwdriver or needle nose pliers to pull the clip towards you. It should come right out at that point. God luck!
