Default 95 Integra GSR Brake Problem

What's going on H-Tech... So I recently bought a 95 GSR that had NSX calipers and ITR rotors drilled to 4x100, the previous owner kept the set up. I bought rotors and pads from Autozone for the car but when it came time to put the rotors on they would not sit on the hub. It is causing the caliper bracket to rub against the rotor which is not letting me drive. Any idea what could have happened? Any input is highly appreciated!

Get ITR rotors and have them drilled to 4x100 where's the issues ? cheap part store stuff has all kinds of fitment issues. even if the store says they're ITR rotors they probs have a generic part# for all DC integras.

?? No. They still fit just fine.

OP...so....you have stock GSR calipers and rotors now? You said the previous owner kept his NSX/ITR stuff. What rotors and calipers did he leave on the car? Is it the ITR caliper, Mini Cooper rotor combo? You need mini cooper rotors if you have unmachined ITR brackets and calipers on a 4x100 hub.

What rotor did you buy?

I'm confused.

Sorry for the confusion! The car did not come with a brake set up at all. I am using the calipers off my 97 Gsr, I bought Autozone Rotors and Ceramic Pads.

Autozone rotors are fine. But you overpaid. Rockauto has centric rotors for cheap. The autozone ceramic pads are almost dangerous they're so bad. Again...rockauto for powerstops or Stoptechs.

You may have gotten 9.x" rotors for a civic. Or someone machined your spindle instead of their caliper bracket. Sometimes people are insane.

The outermost ring is where the rotor wont mount

That is the itr rotor. And it clears the outermost ring. I am assuming that the spindle was machined for itr set up

The spindle would have been machined at the brake bracket mounts, not the hub. Even if the hub was machined, it wouldn't be bigger tan before, would it? You cant machine material back on.

Are you sure you're trying to use GSR rotors? Why are they rusty?

Why do you also have rusty 4X100 drilled ITR rotors laying around? Are those the previous owner's rotors? Can you ask the previous owner what he did to the brakes?
