Default JDM B18c noise video in description

What's up all. So I got this JDM b18cR motor that I've sealed and ive done a valve adjustment 2 times and this odd noise is still there I can't seem to figure it out.
Its not a knock or a tick.. It sounds like a metal rattling sound I put a video below if you listen close you can hear exactly what I'm talking about.
The sound goes with the motor accelerating it's the oddest sound I've ever heard.. I'm stumped guys please any info will be helpful!!

well, your going to have to remove the crank pulley, lower timing cover, and pull the belt off. then spin it and see if it makes any noise or has any other movement besides spinning like it should
