Seat Belt - Driver's Side Lap
Hello!
My driver's side lap belt on my 1990 Accord LX is fully extended and will not retract...making it unusable. Does it mean the retraction mechanism is broken?What are my options for repairing it?
I tried to see if I could open it up, but i could only get the plastic cover off that's held on by a screw. How would I get the rest of it apart? I didn't see any other screws.
Any ideas, suggestions, shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
