A/C Swap from '94 to '89 Civic?
I've been wanting to put A/C in my '89 Civic for years now, but it's pretty hard to find a junker with a complete system in my part of the country (Atlantic Canada). The oldest Civic I can find locally right now is a '94, I wondered if the A/C components would be similar enough that I could swap them without too much difficulty.
Or if someone has a complete A/C system for a 4th gen Civic they want to sell, that would be great too.

They are not very similar. The pipes through the fire wall and the condenser are completely different. Nothing would be "bolt on".
You would have to switch to a side by side radiator / condenser and those are probably too tall for the EF engine bay.

What is your budget? And what all do you and do you not have?
You could piece together most of the firewall-forward pieces brand new from Rock Auto for ~6-700 it seems.
