1993 Honda Del Sol will not run
I was starting my car like always and the started cranked 2 times and i heard a clunk then nothing. I tried a second time and the started cranked but the car would not run. So I started to check why it did not run and found that the screw that holds the rotor came out . So I put it back in thinking everything wn the as fine and tried to start the car again and nothing. I figured it did not have a spark going to the plugs when i took them out and smelled gas from every cylinder. I checked back from there to find out were the spark was and got to the ICM . I did the check of voltage on the black/yellow wire and body ground and got the 12 volts and then the white/blue wire but there was no 12 volts . So while I was there I checked the TDC/CKP/CYP sensors and they tested OK.
Then I followed the circuit from the white/blue wire that went back to the ECM and still did not have the 12 volts. It took me time to follow the circuit diagram in a repair manual to get to the PMG-F1 Main Relay and tested it to find out it was not the problem. So I did not know were to go next so I checked the key switch to start the car and that tested OK . Then I checked the switches on the clutch since to start the car that is manual you need to push in the clutch . Right now I have changed the whole distributor on the car and the ECM figuring I missed something but it did not help .
So I am asking for help to get my car running again.

So I guess no one has any suggestion or idea's that would help me solve my problem?
If anything could someone tell me if the input on the blue/white wire on the ICM is pulsed or not and if it is pulsed what generates the pulse?
Any help would be greatfully appriciated.

ok I found the 12 volts that should be on the blu/wht wire at the ICM at the ECM on IGP1 and IGP2 that comes from the PGM-F1 relay . Not on the IGP1 AND IGP2 that go to the ICM. I just do not know what is telling the ECM not to send it to the ICM?
It would be nice if someone could tell me the main sensors that would affect it ?
Would it be a sensor???

I guess my problem is to much for the experts to give any suggestions to help me so I do not know weather to be honored or upset ?
I have the ignition signal going into the ECU but it is not going out to start the car. I just wanted to know what would keep the ECU from sending the signal out to start the car????
